This guide will explain how to change the billing cycle for one or more of your Nimbus services. Please note the billing cycle for a service can only be changed if there are no outstanding invoices and needs to be done 4 days before the next invoice is due.
To get started, log into your Nimbus account by following the link here.
If you need to reset your password you can do it via the link here.
Once logged click on Services > My Services:
You'll then be taken to the product page for that particular product.
Click on the "Change Billing Cycle" tab and then click on the "Change Billing Cycle" button and select the billing cycle you would like going forward.
