We've recently changed the system that we use for supporting our customers. 


You may have noticed that our Knowledge Base has a brand new look and is now called the Support Hub. The same great support but a fresh new look!

We've migrated across all of our ticket history but if you want to raise an issue you've previously contacted us about, please raise a new ticket and reference your old ticket so that we can get back to you as quickly as possible.
